The 2016 edition of Green Week, the biggest annual occasion to debate and discuss European environment policy, will take place from Monday 30 May to Friday 3 June in Brussels. It will focus on the theme “Investing for a greener future”.

The high-level conference Wednesday 1 June, with a wide variety of organisations and partners taking part, focuses on finding the financing for our needs around the following questions:

• How can we improve access to finance for European companies in green sectors?
• How can we help banks finance more green investment projects?
• How will the European Fund for Strategic Investment help?
• How to green financial systems globally?
